PHD in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), Master of Law from USP, Bachelor of Law from USP, Visiting Scholar at the University of Edinburgh – United Kingdom, Consultant for the Journal of the Attorney General of the Central Bank of Brazil. Ranked as one of the best Banking and FinTech lawyers in Brazil by Chambers FinTech, Legal 500, Análise Advocacia, Latin Lawyer, Leaders League, among others.

Pedro served as a partner in the Banking, Finance, Payments and FinTech areas of major firms such as CMS, Mattos Filho and TozziniFreire.

Additionally, Pedro serves as a Counselor of the National Financial System Resources Council (CRSFN).

Finally, Pedro is the author and coordinator of several books on financial regulation and private law.
